In 2000 Chef-Proprietor Will Dodson purchased the the Barnard Inn, a 1796 chateau nestled amongst rolling hills, dairy and organic farms, and maple trees. Will had previously owned and operated two successful restaurants in San Francisco; Frascati and Élan Vital.
